The room was terrific, though could have used a little more drawer space, with a view of the water. Unfortunately, it was humid during the entire visit and nothing dried.

I must say, the room I stayed in was one of the best I've seen in my 20 hotel stays this year. It was absolutely terrific, and the view of the water was stunning. My only wish is that there could have been a bit more drawer space. Sadly, the humidity was a constant issue, making it hard for anything to dry properly.

The service at this hotel was fantastic! The staff members were incredibly pleasant and helpful. In particular, Jacque Lewis, the General Manager, really stands out for going out of her way to ensure the guests' needs are met. Also, the availability of various amenities like room service, car hire, and housekeeping made my stay even more convenient.

The location of the hotel was great. It's just a short stroll around a lovely lake to access a vibrant area with restaurants, shops, and bars. Being close to Downtown at the Gardens and the Mall was super convenient. Plus, it's right off 95 and near many dining spots, making it easy to explore the area.

The dining experience here was pleasant overall. While the view of the lake during meals was lovely, I did find the choices of breads and fruits somewhat limited. On the bright side, having breakfast included in the room price was a nice touch, even though some items were a bit pricey. The made-to-order eggs and pancakes were a delightful option.

The facilities at the hotel were sufficient for a comfortable stay. From the option of having a welcome drink to access to various shops and commercial services, everything I needed was readily available. The on-site laundry and pet amenities were also convenient for guests.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were always clean and in order after their 'intervention,' which was a nice surprise. The service was top-notch with attentive staff and more than adequate breakfast. The location was extremely convenient for both business and leisure travelers, and the dining options, though a touch pricey, offered everything one could want. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very modern with great appliances and even had balconies, but they were quite plain with no carpet. The service was top-notch, with staff being very welcoming and responsive. The location was convenient, within walking distance of excellent restaurants and malls. Dining was a bit hit or miss, with some items not meeting expectations, but overall well-prepared. The facilities were good overall with some room for improvement.
